BIM Management & Coordination
Brains Digital was responsible for the BIM Management & Coordination activities on behalf of the project team composed by AI Engineering, SSA Scandurra Studio, Recchi Engineering and ZDA Zanetti Design Architettura. We managed the design and control of multidisciplinary BIM modelling in the final design stage, ensuring an efficient project deliverables’ production and assessment flow and the conformity with the Client’s technical and economic control requirements.
The R2 East Uptown plot project is composed of a linear building and two 14-stories towers for residential use, with a total surface of X sqm. East Uptown is part of the Urban Regeneration Integrated Project of Cascina Merlata area, which focuses on an overall area of about 540,000 sqm and provides for the construction of 690 residential units, one school campus, a large shopping mall with offices and an urban park of 200,000 sqm.
